Webmasters Note: We are currently having problems with our mailing list
software. I will have to spkit this latest news update into two mailings.
Please bear with us as we get these minor problems worked out,

ARP race teams and drivers,

Good day! I have a few notes of interest for you all

1. PIT SPOTS: If you have reserved a pit spot and not paid for it yet,
would you please drop a check in the mail to pay for your spot? I am
asking this so we may purchase paint and lumber for the stands and other
improvements before the season starts and need the funds to get things
started. If you’re interested in obtaining a reserved pit spot, go to the
ARP site and see what’s available:

http://atoka-raceway-park.com/reserved2010.htm

The cost of a reserved pit spot is $75 per spot until January 31st. On
February 1st, the price will be $100 each. If you wish to reserve a spot,
email me at frank.ashe at atoka-raceway-park.com with which spot you are
interested in.

Please make checks payable to “Atoka Raceway Park” and send to:

Atoka Raceway Park c/o Frank Ashe 17 Davie Cove Atoka, TN 38004

2. BANQUET: It’s still happening on January 30th at 5:00pm. I received a
series of boxes over the past few days from Phantom Racing Chassis, Maxxis
Tires, and Goldspeed USA. They donated door prizes such as nine Maxxis HT3
tires (right sides), two quarts of Phantom Mafia tire prep, many Maxxis
t-shirts, two Maxxis jackets, two 10” wheels, and several Phantom t-shirts
and hats. Each person will get a door prize ticket when they come in and
we’ll draw for door prizes throughout the night.

IMPORTANT! If you are attending the banquet and have NOT notified me that
you will be there, please do so immediately! If you are coming, tell me
how many will be in your party. This will give a headcount to the caterer
so she’ll know how much food to make. Please do this as soon as possible –
thank you! ________________________________

End of Part 1 of this mailing.

As always, if you have questions or comments, email me:
frank.ashe at atoka-raceway-park.com, and I’ll get back with you.

Thank you.

-Frank Ashe
