ARP race teams and drivers,

As we draw closer to the season’s opening event, we’ll be finalizing
various components of the track’s operating procedures. This email
addresses the spectator areas and track fees.

SPECTATOR AREA: There will be a spectator area this season with reduced
cost for spectators. Now, Grandma and Grandpa, buddies, aunts, uncles,
teachers, sponsors, etc. can enter ARP when the gates open for just $5
each. If they are 10 and under, they are FREE. Spectators will enter the
track via the entrance to the spectator parking area. There will be a new
ticket building at that entrance. When a vehicle enters the parking lot,
they can pay at the ticket booth (they may purchase a pit pass there if
they choose) and will be custom fitted with a wristband specific to
spectators for that night (pits will have a different color).

Spectators are restricted to the grassy areas along the front-stretch.
That means they can move about the registration and concession buildings,
all grandstand areas, they can get view the grid area, and even attend
driver’s meetings. Due to insurance purposes, spectators MUST remain in
the grassy area and not cross into the pits for any reason until
completion of the last race in which the announcer will make the
announcement that the pits are open to everyone.

In order to maintain a spectator area, we need your help and support. We
will provide the boundaries to spectators as they come in the gate. We
MUST maintain separate pits and spectator areas and we ask that if you see
someone in the pits wearing a spectator wristband, please contact a track
official.

2010 TRACK FEES: With the various series and events we’ll be running this
year, fees will fluctuate based on the events of that night. The race
schedule is not final yet, and once it is released it will make more sense
– so hang in there for another week or so for the schedule.

- Pit gate entry: $10 (all day for all events)
- Class entry (regular point race): $10 per class (trophies only)
- Mid-South Maxxis National Qualifier Series events: $20 per class (80%
payback)
- Survivor Series class: $25 per class (100% payback)
- Spectators: $5; 10 and under are free

PIT SPOT REMINDER: If you have verbally reserved a spot and have not paid
for it by the evening of February 1st, that spot will be open to anyone
and the cost will increase to $100 per spot. For a mailing address to pay
for your spot, please send an email to me and I will promptly reply.
